Privacy information
Calculator computations run in your browser. When you submit the form, your name, email and message are transmitted to Web3Forms for delivery to the recipient. Do not include sensitive financial information in your message.
Data collected and purpose
The form requires your name, email address and message to forward your request to the SmashMyRate recipient and enable a reply. Without these fields the form cannot send your request. Do not include passwords, documents, bank details or other sensitive information. Calculator inputs are not added to the message.
Transmission and recipients
Your browser sends the form over HTTPS directly to the Web3Forms API, which handles delivery to the configured recipient. A public form identifier and a fixed subject are sent alongside your entries. Web3Forms and the email services involved may process delivery data and technical connection data under their respective privacy policies. Confirmation appears only when Web3Forms confirms submission; it does not mean the recipient has read the message.
Protection and retention
The form validates fields and uses an invisible anti-spam field; these measures do not guarantee the absence of risks or spam. Fields are cleared after confirmed submission and retained on screen after a failed attempt so you can retry. Clearing the form does not delete copies already transmitted. Retention periods in the recipient’s mailbox and with providers, provider locations and any transfers outside the European Economic Area still need verification by the controller; no exclusively European storage is claimed.
Rights and details to confirm
Under applicable law you may request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection and portability, or complain to the competent authority. The controller’s identity and contact details, the channel for exercising rights, the legal basis and any provider roles still need confirmation. Submission is not presented as marketing consent or acceptance of a final privacy policy.
Cookies and privacy
With your consent, Google Analytics receives visited-page data, cookie identifiers and technical browser and connection data to measure traffic. Google AdSense uses cookies, identifiers and browsing data for personalized advertising and ad measurement. We do not send contact form fields or calculator values to Google. These scripts are blocked before acceptance and after rejection. Your choice and its evidence (date, notice version and language) stay in this browser for six months. Change or withdraw it in Cookie settings; withdrawal does not erase previously transmitted data. Retention, transfers and controller details remain to be confirmed in the final policy.
